A blank Probate Court document for guardianship of a minor but with notations concerning Margarita A. and Charles P. Temple, 1880s. The handwritten comments concern funds remitted to and from William W. Jenkins, who was a guardian for a period of some of the Temple children as well as administrator of the F.P.F. Temple estate. With soiling, folds and a tear on a fold, the condition is good.
