Description
A bottle ticket for peach brandy, Giovanni Piuma, Los Angeles, ca. 1910s. The label has the product name, images of peaches on part of a branch, reference to the product being cordialized, meaning the brandy was used to turn the peach content into a cordial, and Piuma's name and Los Angeles winery address. Prior to moving to the city, Piuma rented the Temple houses at Misión Vieja in Whittier Narrows, having done so since at least 1893. The ticket is in good condition with little sign of wear.
