Description

A box for a pair of ladies' lace-up brown leather Oxford shoes, by Well Made, 1920s. The item, with the bottom as a) and the lid as b), is a basic cardbox box with a paper overlay. There is a label on one end of the bottom, but it is so worn as to be mostly unreadable. Some words "Calf Lace Ox." and "Low Heel" are visible, as is the number "8", possibly indicating shoe size. But, there is significant damage and wear to the box, so that it is in poor condition.
