Description

A broadside advertising a dealers' contest by California Crushed Fruit Corporation, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The item provides information about a two-weeks all-expenses paid trip to the Los Angeles area as well as $50 spending money and a $500 cash payment with a total package of $75,000 to an unstated number of winning dealers who sell the company's Mission Fruit Juice products. The interior has many photographs of the southern California region and text on the contest as well as an enrollment blank for the contest. One panel is for the address of the recipient, in this case a man from Orleans, Nebraska. With some edge tears, areas of browning, light soiling and edge rubbing, the condition is overall good.
