Description
A broadside advertising a bond issue for the Edwards and Wildey Building and Annex, Los Angeles, issued by S. W. Straus and Company, Chicago and New York, 15 October 1925. The item has a photo of the structure, located at the southwest corner of Sixth Street and Grand Avenue, notes its completion on 1 June 1925 and that an annex was to be built in place of an adjacent two-story building at the right with funds from the bond issue. Statement as to the Straus name for stability are also included. With horizontal folds, a few small stains, and light soiling, the overall condition is good.
