A broadside for the sale of Centinela Colony, Los Angeles County, early 1875. The item gives information on the land offering by the Centinela Land Company of Los Angeles, subdividing former ranch lands in the area around modern Culver City, Inglewood and Westchester, and giving the name of F. P. F. Temple as the company's president. The item also notes that a five-day auction beginning 15 February was to be held and lists General J. H. Shields as Managing Director and William H.
