Description
A cabinet card full-length studio portrait of a mother and daughter, Sunbeam Art Gallery, 1890s. The two stand next to wicker and wood furniture and other decorative elements, with the mother resting her hand on the back of one chair. She wears a dark floor-length dress with ruffled shoulder and a white frontpiece. A purse is attached to her waist, as well. The daughter, several inches taller than her mother, wears a dark lower calf-length dress with extended shoulder pieces. On the reverse is the ink inscription "Uncle George." With a dented left edge, but little else of wear, the condition is good.
