Description
A cabinet card of a woman in costume identified as "Cecile Manners," Los Angeles, ca. 1890s. The image show an actress portraying a character by that name, but the only identification is the name on the reverse. The actress wears knee-high dress with a lace overlay at the waist, some lace on the sleeves. There are abrasions along the edges but it is in good condition.
