A cabinet card photograph of two women in front of home, ca. 1880s. A photo of a Queen Ann home that appears to be two stories. The home has three chimneys and on the front of the home there is a bay window, a stained glass window, a three pained window, and the front door. There are six steps leading up to the porch as well as four decorative pillars. There is a woman sitting in a chair on the front porch. In front of the hose, on a walkway just before the steps to the porch, is a woman on a black horse. There are trees, shrubs and pampas grass on either side of the walkway. To the right of the walkway, partially behind the pampas grass, is a horse buggy. There is a white picket fence encircling the whole home. The reverse has an inscription in pencil, "Pampas Grass, Los Angeles." With some staining, but otherwise in good condition.Lexicon
