Description
A cabinet card photograph of the military funeral of Paul Spence, Live Oak Cemetery, Monrovia, Frank E. McDougall, 4 April 1918. The image shows uniformed members of his unit from Fort MacArthur standing to one side, while civilians are at the gravesite, near which is an American flag. A headstone in the foreground and rees are also of note, as is part of the back end of an automobile at the left. With some fading (or issues with developing), light soiling and rubbing to the matte, the condition is good.
