Description
A cabinet card portrait of Robert E. Wirsching, Theodore C. Marceau, Los Angeles, ca. 1890s. The image shows the Boyle Heights resident and former Los Angeles City Council member from mid-torso as he wore a dark, patterned three-piece suit, white shirt, light spot-patterned tie, and a pin on his lapel. The photographer's imprint is at the lower right of the matte and information about him is on the reverse along with Wirsching's ink inscription. The matte is missing a small piece in the lower right corner and there is some edge bumping, but the condition is good.
