Description
A cabinet card studio full-length portrait of a couple, John G. Schumacher, Los Angeles, 1890s. The two stand in front of a backdrop with the man at right wearing a dark three-piece suit, dark boots, white shirt, and white bow tie, while he holds a black derby hat in his left hand. He also has dark leather gloves on his hands. The woman at left has a light-colored floor length dress with layered sleeves, a lace collar and front and a hat with what appears to be ribbons and feathers. With very small stains, light soiling, slight curvature of the mount and minor edge rubbing, the condition is good.
