Description
A cabinet card studio portrait of an unidentified man, by photographer Elkanah P. Tresslar, Los Angeles, ca. 1900s. The image shows the man from about the knees up and he wears evening dress, including a long overcoat, a jacket, a white dress shirt with detachable high collar, and a white bow tie. In his slightly extended right arm and hand he holds a top hat. The subject has short hair and a bushy handlebar mustache. With some small stains, darkening of the image, soiling and abrasions, the overall condition is good.
