Description
A cabinet card studio portrait of two young women, Sunbeam Art Studio, Los Angeles, inscription dated 11 February 1893. Both women are wearing ornate white dresses with darker colored embroidered pieces throughout, as well as what appear to be bird feathers. The woman at the left has black stockings and two-tone shoes with white bows on them. The other has black boots and there seems to be a butterfly-shaped decoration on the left. An inscription on the reverse reads: "Mrs. Lizzie Adams / From Carrie / Feb 11th 1893." Carrie is likely one of the two women in the image. With fading, a stain on the reverse, soiling, edge rubbing, and creases, the condition is fair.
