Description
A cabinet card photograph of a couple in the photography studio of L.S. and C.M. Davidson on the corner of Third and Main Streets in Los Angeles, ca. 1880s. The pair are posed in a domestic interior setting. The mustachioed man wears a formal suit with gloves and is seated. Beside him is a woman in a full length dress with ruffled cuffs and collar, gloves. Her dress ends a few inches off the ground. The photograph is in good condition overall with moderate staining on the reverse, bottom edge, fading and minor loss possibly due to pest damage.
