The young men and women are standing and sitting at the base of a hill with loose foliage and trees surrounding them. The women wear various day hats, some with ribbons attached. Most people are wearing a sash or ribbon attached to their clothes, signifying their level of involvement in the organization. There is an ink inscription on the reverse. The photograph is in poor condition with heavy fading, moderate edge abrasion, possible silverfish damage, soiling, staining, warping, and losses to top layer of the photo, toward the lower right area.
