The one story house, made of a wood construction has a narrow porch, raised water tank and windmill to the side. The house was built in front of the train tracks with enough space for a small garden or vegetables, fruit trees and plants. Two women are standing in the garden. A small grove of fruit trees can be seen to the right. The photograph is in poor condition, faded image, moderate staining and foxing, minor pest damage, cockled mounting board.
