Description
A cabinet studio portrait of a man, Tresslar and Hays, Los Angeles, ca. 1893-94. The head-and-upper torso view shows the subject, possibly a Latino, wearing a dark wool suit coat and best, white shirt and light-colored tie. A pin is attached to the lapel of his vest and he has close-cropped hair on the sides and a trim mustache. With minimal soiling and rubbing, the condition is good.
