Description
A cabinet studio portrait of Ramon Duarte, Los Angeles, 4 April 1918. The image shows the teenaged boy in a dark jacket, white shirt and bow tie, shown from about the stomach up and standing in a plain setting. On the reverse is a pencil inscription from Duarte in Spanish to his aunt and uncle and noting his age as 16 years. There is some significant soiling, abrasions along the edge and reverse stains, so the condition is fair.
