Description
A cancelled prescription blank under the National Prohibition Act, prescription for Spiritus Frumenti, 26 November 1925. The prescription was written for Clifford Maple at the Casaloma Hotel and filled by a Glendale pharmacy. The prescription provided the legal consumption of alcohol, in this case a distilled spirit, during the Prohibition era. Two cancelled stamps are stamped across the text. The form is in good condition with minor creasing.
