A carte-de-visite of Helena Saxton, Los Angeles, California. ca. 1882. The image is of a young woman from the shoulders up. She is in a dress with a high lace collar, and flowers in the center. The bottom is debossed with "Payne Stanton & Co." The back is printed with the same and gives a location of Temple Block. The top gives the name of Helena Saxton. With creases on the top and bottom, foxing, fading,and abrasion damage on all edges, the object is in good condition overall.
