Description
A cartes-de-visite of John Harrison Temple (1871-1922), by Byrn Dunshee in Boston, ca. 1874. Temple was the fourth child of Antonia Margarita Workman (1830-1892) and F. P. F. Temple (1822-1880). Around age eighteen, Temple is dressed in a dark suit with a velvet lapel trim. The item includes the photographer's name printed on the reverse with an address. Includes a pencil inscription on the reverse. With minor surface soiling, and discoloration, the object is in good condition.
