A celluloid cover writing album, 1896. The album was once bound with blank sheets. It has a cloth covered back cover and a yellow, embossed celluloid cover with the word, "album." Each page has a signed and handwritten message, drawing or poem similar to a yearbook greeting. The book belonged to Lottie Gripp, dated 5 October 1896. The album is in poor condition, all pages are detached and brittle. The binding is broken. The album pages are in mylar.
