A certificate of stock of the Pasadena Lake Vineyard Land and Water Company, 7 January 1907. The issue is for three-quarters of a share in the firm, which was formed in Fenruary 1884 and succeeded the Lake Vineyard Land and Water Company, of which F.P.F. Temple was the original treasurer, and which developed land in modern San Marino and Alhambra. With folds, small creases and light soiling, the condition is good
