Description
A Christmas card from the Freeman family, Pasadena, 1928. The front has a greeting, the year and location. The inside has a two stanza poem and there is a a photograph of the family, including Robert (who wrote the poem) and Margery and their three sons and two daughters, standing on a grassy area. Robert Freeman, a native of Scotland, was pastor at Pasadena Presbyterian Church from 1910 to 1939, and was president of the Occidental College Board of Trustees. Margery taught at Occidental for many years, as well. With very light soiling and acid shadows, the condition is good overall.
