A Christmas card of Santa on the roof, ca. 1880s. This was created by W.G. Barrows, a dealer of stoves, hardware and tin ware and is a colored drawing of Santa, in a blue overcoat and red hat, carrying a basket of toys on his back and his hand in the chimney. With adhesive on the back, the object is in good overall condition.
