A comic postcard mailed from Los Angeles, 10 October 1928. The front has a colored cartoon of two older persons, one with a "To Let" sign extending from his head and the others with one reading "Vacant" protruding from hers. A phrase to the left reads, "Some Reformers Are So Narrow-Minded Their Ears Touch." There is a short message and an Alhambra address on the postally used card, which has yellowing, creases, soiling, and staining and is in fair overall condition.
