A contract between G.D. Maple and Fidele Amar. Puente, California. 30 March 1915. Mr. Amar will employ Mr. Maple as a real estate agent for 60 days as he procures a buyer for 50 acres of lot 2, tract 517 at Rancho La Puente. Mr. Maple will ensure that the property is sold for $275 per acre. If the property is sold within the set timeframe, Mr. Amar will pay Mr. Maple a commission of $1375 or 10% of the price accepted. With three creases from the left to the right of the document, wear on the left and right edges, and a tear at the middle of the left edge, the object is in good condition overall.
