A contract between G.D. Maple and Fidele Amar. Puente, California. 30 March 1915. Mr. Amar will employ Mr. Maple as a real estate agent for 60 days as he procures a buyer for 50 acres of lot 2, tract 517 at Rancho La Puente. Mr. Maple will ensure that the property is sold for $250 per acre. If the property is sold within the set timeframe, Mr. Amar will pay Mr. Maple a commission of $1250 or 10% of the price accepted. With three creases from the left to the right of the document, two tears on the lower right edges, and discoloration on the top right side and the lower back side, the object is in good condition overall.
