A contract between Grover T. Russell and B.C. Dodson, 27 January 1915. The contract details Mr. Russell's purchase of one thousand four hundred and fifty budded Eureka lemon trees for $507.47, as well as Mr. Dodson's obligation to deliver them to his nursuries in Glendora.
