Description
A contract between J.E. Dishman and Glen M. Finch in Whittier, California, 26 July 1913. Mr. Finch bought 480 Eureka Lemon trees with a diameter of 5/8 at $0.75 a tree for a total of $360, which has been paid in full. The contract extends to the heirs, executors, and assigns of Mr. Dishman as well as Mr. Finch and if the trees are not delivered then money will be returned. With creases, water damage, holes from a straight pin, a piece missing, discoloration, early signs of foxing, a tear, and wear, the object is in fair overall condition.
