Description
A contract between R.S. Taylor and Grover T. Russell. 4 March 1924. A two page, typed document. Mr. Taylor offers to pay Mr. Russell a 5% commission on sales that Mr. Russell develops and handles independently without the involvement of other agents. In the second section of the contract, Mr. Taylor states that he will pay Mr. Russell a 2.5% bonus on La Habra Heights sales and a 5% bonus on Bloomington and Whittier Extension Company sales. Mr. Taylor has adorned both sections of the document with his signature. With creases, minor discoloration, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall, though its paper material is brittle.
