Description

A Cotswold cottage-style building, Los Angeles, ca. late 1920s. The structure with the distinctive steeply-pitched roof with uneven roofing material, and multi-paned windows, has a center porte cochere leading to a thatched bazebo and another building in the back. The street number 4350 is on a beam across the porte cochere and on a sign at the bottom of the roof line at let. Ink inscriptions on the reverse read, "Residence and office of E. Peterson, interior decorator" and "'Artistic studios and offices' Persis Bingham." With minor stains, siling, some major creases and abrasions, the overall condition is fair.
