Description
A cuticle pusher tool with a celluloid or bakelite handle, ca. 1920s. The manicure tool has a handle that is a white, cream color and a curved metal section used to push back cuticles on the nail bed. There are numerous but minor scratches to the handle and accretions on the metal component, it is in fair to good condition.
