Description
A cyanotype postcard "Hamilton Ready for Flight in Curtiss Biplane," January 1910, published by Benham Company, Los Angeles. In view is an aircraft with the pilot seated at the controls and the engine and propeller behind him as the craft is parked in an open field at the Dominguez ranch where the famed air meet was held. The caption and an ID number are at the bottom. The postally unused card has some soiling and edge abrasion, but is in good overall condition.
