Description
A deed from David F. Hall and Henry Hamilton to [Maria de] Jesus Lopez Marron, 26 May 1880. The document conveys a little more than nine acres of land once owned by Jose M. Silvas and refers to Hall and Hamilton as trustees for a deed from nine days previously from the officers of the Southern Pacific Railway. The land was very close to the San Gabriel Mission next to what is now the Union Pacific Railway tracks that run to its south. There is also a notarized statement from San Gabriel Justice of the Peace Edward S. Hereford. With much staining, soiling, creases, original folds and small edge tears, the condition is fair.
