A "Description of Land" on a transaction from Antonia Margarita Workman de Temple to John H. Temple, 1881. The document concerns boundaries for a 44-acre tract on the Rancho Potrero de Felipe Lugo, which was Temple's house and walnut orchard property and which was subject to the mortgage from item .81 of this accession.
