A document concerning a land sale between Walter P. Temple and B. Ciocca, 24 January 1924. Temple gives Ciocca the option to buy some acres of lots 11 and 12 in tract 688. A receipt involving tract 688 is present in the HM Collection (Object ID: 97.58.7.10). B. Ciocca may refer to Batista Ciocca, a dairy farmer who also showed up in one of Temple's land accounts (Object ID: 2002.89.15.1). With minor acid burns, minor stains, minor discoloration, a fold, and minor creases, the object is in good condition overall.
