Description
A document granting power of attorney from William Workman to F.P.F. Temple, 26 May 1868. The contract states "I also give him full Power of Attorney to sign my name to any Notes, Contracts, Bonds &c he may think proper" and includes a recording statement from 24 September 1868. Found inside is part b, comprising a statement by Los Angeles County Judge William G. Dryden that Workman appeared for execution of the document. With major stains, soiling, creases and small tears, the condition is fair.
