Description
A draft board mailing card for qualification notifications, Los Angeles, 21 October 1918. The P.M.G.O. Form No. 1011 has a stamp for local board division 18 in Lincoln Heights and was mailed to a man in Highland Park, letting him know that he was in the qualified group, though World War I was a few weeks from conclusion. There is a date and local board representative signature. With a major corner crease and other creases, edge rubbing and soiling, the condition is fair.
