Description
A draft contract between the heirs of Julia A. Davis and Walter P. Temple, 1 November 1917. The 7-page document (a) and blue paper wrapper (b) concern the leasing of Davis' 8-acre Old Mission ranch to Temple for oil production, which did take place with General Petroleum operating wells there. With stains, browning, soiling and folds, the contract is fair, while the wrapper has pest holes, stains, soiling and tears and is in poor condition.
