Description
A draft sale document between Ramon Alvitre and Juan Matias Sánchez, 20 March 1863. The item, written in pencil and with many corrections and deletions, concerns payment from the latter to the former of $40 and three horses as Alvitre's inheritance from his parents. A corrected ink version is item .2 of the accession. With folds, creases, edge rubbing and bumping and light soiling, the condition is good.
