Description
A duplicate order form for opium, coca leaves and other items, Los Angeles, United States Treasury Department, 14 June 1928. The order, which has cancelled stamps and a duplicate stamp, was made out to Irving Richard Kaiser, a doctor in Los Angeles, and has a date stamp from a collector, though there are no specified items. Much information and instructions are provided on both sides of the document. With some creases, browning and light soiling, the overall condition is good.
