Description
A snapshot photograph of a flood damaged area near the Los Angeles River or Arroyo Seco, Los Angeles, February 1914. The photogrpaher appears to have been on a bridge or bank overlooking the watercourse, which has wood and plant debris in it. At the upper right are a structure or two at the water's edge. Further in the distance are homes on safer ground and bare hills. The overall condition is good.
