Description
A flyer to call to action the stop of Police Brutality in Los Angeles, 1943. Section 202 of the city charter allows the police department to compose a trail board, consisting of police officers, to listen to complaints against and decide on charges for other police officers allowing the department to protect its members against suspension or dismissal and leading to a brutal police force. Political speeches are not enough and the "Board of Rights" needs to be abolished so call the councilman to have this issue put on the May 4th ballot. With creasing, acid burns, and wear, the object is in good overall condition.
