Description
A framed California vehicle registration certificate, Los Angeles, 1928. The registration card was issued 20 January 1928 and expired 31 December 1928. It was issued to Harry C. Hurlbut of Los Angeles. The card includes Hurlbut's address, signature and license number for a 1918 Buick Tour. The card is framed in a black metal case with a clear plastic front and four holes at the corners for attaching to the automobile. The metal case is rusted and shows heavy abrasion and scratches from use. The registration card has some smudging, creasing and surface soiling but the item is overall in good condition.
