Description
A glass negative of a portion of an oil field, Los Angeles, ca. 1900s. The view takes in much of a wooden derrick that appears to be the focal point, while parts of other derricks are in the background. There are some advertising signs on the main derrick and trees off to the right. The number "51" is at the bottom right. The condition appears good.
