Description
A group of military naval men marching in formation at La Fiesta de Los Angeles, ca. 1890s. The group are dressed as naval sailors and hold guns at their right shoulders and march in two or three rows with one man in the lead. A few at the far right appear to be black men while the rest seem to be white. In the background are spectators on the street and at the windows of commercial buildings. One of the store fronts has a sign that reads "IMPORTED KEY WEST CIGARS." With a few small stains, some soiling, and edge rubbing, the condition is good.
