Postcard: A postcard titled "A Happy New Year" and showing a drawing at center of a palm-tree lined street. Parts of a couple of red-roofed houses are obscured behind lush landscaping with flowers bordering a sidewalk and bushes, shrubs and small trees nearer the buildings. At the top left in gold lettering is "A/Happy/New Year." At the bottom is a drawing of stylized flowers with bells and in small red lettering "CALIFORNIA VINE PALMS." The unused card was purchased from dealer Jim Reid and is in fair condition with discoloration and widespread light stains on the reverse. None
