The structure, shown from across the street, is a large 25-room Craftsman building, and has a large lot with a lawn, palm and other trees and steps and a walk from the street. On the reverse is an ink inscription giving the address and indicating that the owner of the photograph lived in the home for many years. With soiling, stains and fading to the image and significant stains and edge rubbing to the mount, the condition is fair.
